Management of the NNAD
Board of Directors (2024-2027)
In terms of administration, the association is under the oversight of the Board of Directors. The daily activities are administered by the Executive Director; he is the first Deaf University graduate in Namibia and is locally trained. Currently he is pursuing a Master’s Degree with the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, RSA. The Organization has an advisor who holds a Master’s Degree in social science with a focus on Rehabilitation and the third and final committee member is a graduated lawyer by profession who has worked with the Law Reform and Development of Namibia.

Board of Management (2024-2027)
The Namibian National Association of the Deaf (NNAD) is managed by a Board of Management consisting of seven members with consideration given to regional representation and gender balance. Board of Management members are elected at the Congress which is held every four years and the term of office of the board members is four years.
